When preparation can begin
An order reaching Good Molecules by 5:00 PM (America/New_York time) may enter processing that business day. A later order, weekend order, or applicable-holiday order starts its processing count on the next business day.
Domestic delivery scope
Good Molecules accepts shipment only to complete, deliverable United States addresses. International shipping is unavailable. A customer should review the address carefully and request any correction before dispatch.
When a parcel needs investigation
A customer should notify Good Molecules if a parcel is overdue beyond the estimate, apparently lost, delivered to the wrong place, or damaged in transit. The team will review tracking and available evidence and work toward the appropriate resolution.
Carrier updates
Good Molecules sends a shipping confirmation with the tracking number after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take time. If tracking does not update or reports a delivery problem, the customer may contact the store.
Free standard service
Good Molecules provides free standard shipping for all US orders, without a minimum purchase requirement. Basket size does not create a standard-shipping fee.
The fulfilment stage
The Good Molecules processing period covers payment review, order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for carrier handoff. This first stage normally takes 1–2 business days and is not transit time.
Delivery estimate after handoff
After the carrier accepts the Good Molecules parcel, transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, address exceptions, and carrier disruption can extend an estimate.
Editing an address
Good Molecules can consider an address correction or cancellation only before dispatch and cannot guarantee a stop after fulfilment starts. Once the parcel has shipped, cancellation is handled through the Refund Policy.
